We specialize in residential mixed-use projects in Southern California. We seek to build housing on vacant or underutilized sites within existing communities in close proximity to public transportation.

Civic Projects
We worked in partnership with cities to create projects that build community. Sample projects include a recently completed K-8 Charter School in the East Village of downtown San Diego.

We are proud to include Juniper & Ivy and the Crack Shack to our portfolio. Gerber Group provided 3rd party project management services for both restaurant projects.
